We've booked your summer vacation to the exotic shores of The Breadfruit for a 5-course seafood + rum cocktail pairing dinner on July 24th. For one night only, downtown Phoenix's Jamaican jewel will close normal dinner service to treat a lucky 28 guests to a night of rum, pristine ocean treasures and easy island living.

Even the seafood has a one-way plane ticket to the event, flying in the day of the dinner. No red eye flights for the Red Snapper, Red Herring and choice caviar coming direct from the Florida Coast. The wild-caught fish arrives fresh, just hours before we pair them with inventive cocktails and aged rums.
